If your credit card is declined, Record Auctions will notify you by phone or e-mail within 24 hours of your order. As a courtesy, orders may be held up to one week; however, there may be times when a declined order is immediately cancelled and given to the next bidder.
You may contact Record Auctions Customer Service to resolve your problem by e-mail at email@example.com or call 519-895-5687 or 1-800-210-5210 (toll free).
